Nicole di Stefano

Nicole di Stefano has recently finished her Master's degree at the University of Turin in International Relations, specifically focusing on human rights and migration studies. Her master's thesis focused on the mutual influences between masculinity and migration. Her main topics of interest are gender studies, migration, climate change, and people's vulnerabilities.

In recent years, Nicole has worked with migrants differently, from teaching Italian to working with children, asylum seekers, or women in vulnerable positions. 

She strongly believes in the power of using the (right) words, in the need to deconstruct prejudices and restrictive social constructs through knowledge and dialogue, and in the importance of being able to express their own identity freely.
