Eleana Malanou

Eleana Malanou is a 19-year-old student from the island of Lesvos in Greece. She is currently studying Social work in Athens and wishes to specialise in human rights and eventually work with refugees.

She has years of experience volunteering with disabled people and refugees (mainly unaccompanied minors) starting at 14. She is currently coordinating a project that encourages young students around the globe to correspond through physical letters with their peers living in Greek refugee camps.
